If You Ask
"What type of music does Home Cookin' play?" they will tell you "both kinds". Country AND Western. But they will be joking because this is one of the most versatile, well rounded bands in existence. Home Cookin' has been playing for about 25 years in the Eastern New Mexico and West Texas areas. They have several albums to their credit as well as being guest musicians on many more.

The versatility of the members is what makes Home Cookin' such an interesting combo. One minute Jill will sing a beautiful ballad by Patsy Cline and it may be followed by an energized rock tune by Linda Rondstadt.
Over the Years
Along with Johnny, Kevin McDonald, Jerry Vaughn and Kenny Milton, Jill helped form the original Home Cookin' Band in 1977. Home Cookin' has gone through many changes and has seasoned many musicians over the years. Three of the five original members are still playing in this combo along with Brad Billingsley on drums.
